We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to be part of building a high-performance clinic known for clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Under the direction of an experienced licensed Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Implement treatment plans developed by the PT
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training
  • Deliver balance, vestibular, and neuromuscular re-education interventions
  • Monitor patient performance and response to treatment
  • Communicate progress and concerns to supervising PT
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation (completed daily)
  • Support efficient patient flow and positive clinic energy


You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care while maintaining clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active Missouri PTA license (required)
  • Strong interest in orthopedics, balance, vestibular, and geriatric populations
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • Strong documentation and time-management skills
  • Desire to grow within a performance-driven clinical environment
  • Experience in vestibular or balance rehabilitation is a plus, but not required. Training opportunities are available.
