Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Physical Therapist in all aspects of patient care, including handling, treatment, and ongoing management.

Perform prescribed therapy techniques and exercises under the direct supervision and guidance of the Physical Therapist.

Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns promptly to the Physical Therapist.

Help assess the effectiveness of interventions and contribute to the ongoing adjustment of treatment plans.

Provide patients with clear instructions and education regarding continued care and home exercise programs.

Support patient safety and comfort during all therapy sessions.

Foster positive patient interactions, promoting motivation and adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant program (accredited)
- Up-to-date Physical Therapist Assistant license
