Physical Therapist (PT) – Tallahassee
BrightStar Care is hiring a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide meaningful 1:1 therapy services in the home for patients receiving skilled care. This role focuses on helping clients improve mobility, strength, and independence in the comfort of their own homes.
What You’ll Do
• Provide personalized 1:1 in-home physical therapy services
• Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, and functional abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Assist patients with mobility training, strengthening, and rehabilitation exercises
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team

What You Need
• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred
