Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health (PRN)

BrightStar Care of Spanish Fort is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide 1:1 in-home therapy services in Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, Mobile, and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide skilled PT services in the home

  • Develop individualized treatment plans

  • Monitor patient progress

  • Treat patients from evaluation through discharge

  • Work closely with the clinical team

Requirements:

  • Active Alabama PT license

  • Valid driver’s license & auto insurance

  • Current CPR

  • 1+ year PT experience preferred
