What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in the home
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust care accordingly
- Treat patients from evaluation through discharge
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure strong outcomes

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- Active Alabama Physical Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- 1+ year of PT experience preferred
