Job Duties and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Perform new-patient evaluations
- Create, implement and supervise treatment plans
- Complete associated documentation and charges
- Collaborate with team members to support the company mission
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program and current Michigan PT license
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Passionate about helping patients and making a difference
- Self-motivated with a willingness and hunger to learn
