Why You’ll Love This Job

Find your perfect career fit  when you join us at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Alpharetta as our newest Physical Therapist! Each FYZICAL is independently owned and operated, yet part of a vast network of other independent- and company-owned clinics. You will have the benefits of working for a small company as well as the access to the resources of a large one. Our main gym is outfitted with both Single Point Fixation and Safety Overhead Support systems, ensuring the safety of both our patients and our therapists. The space is uncluttered, clean, and bright – leaving plenty of room to focus on the 1-on-1 care that FYZICAL is known for.

You will be backed by an experienced Clinic Director who has experience working in many different PT settings and strives to use FYZICAL’s innovative model to change problematic practices she experienced in other offices. She has experience running all parts of our practice, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to expand our team. Our FYZICAL team has plans to expand to multiple clinics within the Atlanta area. This means that you will have opportunities for growth. We believe that professional fulfillment comes from many places, among them fair pay, fair hours, fair patient load, abundant continuing education, and mentoring.

Compensation will be based on your experience level, with bonus opportunities based on performance metrics. You will be expected to see an average patient load of 12 patients per day. As for education, FYZICAL provides in-house certifications in balance and vestibular therapy as well as orthopedics and pelvic health. These courses can be done virtually, but in-person options are also available!  You will be expected to have completed our Balance Level 1 certification prior to starting work on your first day so you will feel competent to treat one of our most vulnerable populations. Other balance and vestibular certifications will be made available and you will be expected to participate in regular continued education through Fyzical to be on top of your game! While many of these certifications provide CEUs, there are also many shorter courses through the unique FYZICAL College to continue your education.

When it comes to mentoring, FYZICAL is top notch. The same experts that teach our balance, vestibular, and orthopedic courses provide around-the-clock professional support. In addition, FYZICAL literally plugs you into a network of hundreds of supportive PTs, in Georgia and nationwide, to promote clinical excellence. We are committed to taking care of our patients and providing the best clinically-evidenced care possible. In addition to this franchise support, our clinic will also provide dedicated time for mentorship with our Clinic Director. This support and patient caseload is perfect for a PT hoping to improve their neurologic and vestibular skills, as well as potentially sit for a specialty exam.

We are also working to provide our patients with appointment times outside of the traditional 8:00am – 6:00pm model, meaning you will have the option to shape a non-traditional schedule and flex your hours based on your personal needs.

If you are ready to launch your career with a company that is unmatched in the PT arena, and has the appeal of small ownership yet big company resources, apply for FYZICAL Chastain’s full-time Physical Therapist job opening today!
