Competitive salary and benefits:
- Competitive salary (range $85,000-105,000 annually for full time, commensurate with experience; part-time will be pro-rated)

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform new-patient evaluations/exams; diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations and establish a plan of care with goal(s) and time frame
- Carry out treatment plan; measure, track and report treatment progress / intervention effectiveness, adjusting as appropriate
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care; prescribe intervention techniques and exercise
- Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries
- Adhere to company’s guidelines and best practices for clinical operations, billing, and documentation
- Participate in awareness and educational speaking engagements on PT and/or screenings for community groups
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts PT license in good standing
- Able to deliver exceptional care with compassion and a cheerful perspective
- Passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
- 1+ years’ experience, with experience in adult outpatient settings preferred
- Experience with vestibular/post-concussion patient population is preferred, but not required
- Experience with, or interest in developing expertise, in pelvic health PT is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn
