We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Team at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Hazleton, PA.
This is a unique opportunity to join a positive, family oriented environment and receive extensive training in diagnostic testing.

You will received extensive training on advanced manual therapies plus use of modern technologies not commonly found in the area.
The right candidate will receive training to perform Diagnostic Testing Studies such as EMG, Nerve Conduction and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. We will train and support you even to APTA board certification.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
  • Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
  • Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
  • Examine and evaluate new patients
  • Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
  • Establish a plan goal and time frame
  • Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
  • Measure and track intervention effectiveness
  • Educate the patient on continuing care

Qualifications

  • New Graduates welcome to apply
  • PA license (Eligible for licensure would be considered)
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Visa sponsoring available
