Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers – Copperfield is an independently owned outpatient physical therapy clinic located on Highway 6 N in NW Houston. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized care plans to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Your expertise will support a diverse patient population across inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, home health environments, and community care programs. By applying your comprehensive physiology and anatomy knowledge, you will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions that promote recovery and independence. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, balance/vestibular, and personal injury patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Perform fall risk screenings and administer Fyzical’s proprietary balance protocols
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time in our EMR system
- Collaborate with our PTA and support staff to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care
- Communicate with referring physicians, attorneys, and other providers as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Texas PT license (or eligibility — new grads actively pursuing licensure welcome)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Interest in or experience with balance, vestibular, or fall prevention (training provided)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, PI-friendly clinic environment
- Detail-oriented with timely, accurate documentation habits
- A team player who takes ownership of their patients and their outcomes
