Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with a focus on sports injury rehabilitation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using innovative and evidence-based techniques.
- Maintain an ownership mindset, taking responsibility for patient outcomes and clinic success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, sports teams, and other healthcare providers.
- Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of our diverse patient population.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy and sports medicine.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience in treating sports injuries and orthopedic conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ownership-minded with a proactive approach to patient care and clinic operations.
- Open to innovative treatment options and continuous learning.
