About FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers – Jackson Creek

At FYZICAL Jackson Creek, we’re all about helping people move, feel, and live better. Our team specializes in personalized care with an emphasis on balance, orthopedic rehabilitation, fall prevention, and vestibular therapy. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter treatment plans—every patient gets our full attention and a plan that’s made just for them.
