About FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers – Jackson Creek
At FYZICAL Jackson Creek, we’re all about helping people move, feel, and live better. We’re an independently owned clinic supported by a national network, which means we get the best of both worlds: strong clinical resources and the freedom to create a warm, welcoming, community-focused environment.
Our team specializes in personalized care with an emphasis on balance, orthopedic rehabilitation, fall prevention, and vestibular therapy. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter treatment plans—every patient gets our full attention and a plan that’s made just for them.
