We are hiring for a director for our new physical therapy clinic. He/She will be a physical therapist who has an entrepreneurial mindset and would like to grow the practice to multiple units He/She would have a have good knowledge of the clinical, financial and operational aspects of running a physical therapy practice He/She would enjoy the freedom to innovate and approach delivery of physical therapy treatments in non-traditional ways.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.
- Lead, guide, and mentor our team of therapists, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with our team to develop treatment plans and review patient progress.
- Engage with our community, representing our clinic in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Market the clinic services to various healthcare providers in the community
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona (or in the process of obtaining)
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a physical therapy or related setting is preferred Will consider candidates without previous management experience if they have the right mindset and a powerful desire to learn & grown into this position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- A clear passion for patient care and team development
