Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and goals.
- Administer hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Educate patients and their families on prescribed exercises, self-care techniques, and strategies for injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Stay current on industry trends, evidence-based practices, and advancements in physical therapy.
