This unique role perfectly blends hands-on outpatient care with clinical leadership. As our inaugural PT, you will help launch the clinic, establish best practices, and shape a collaborative, patient-first environment from the ground up. You’ll continue doing what you do best—treating patients—while having a direct voice in how our clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops.

Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Licensure: Valid (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.

Experience: 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience is preferred.
