Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate new patients and identify movement limitations, pain, balance deficits, and functional challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clear recovery goals and timelines
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, balance and mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
- Educate patients on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and home programs to continue progress outside the clinic
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize recovery and outcomes
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, confidence, and overall quality of life
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to provide high-quality patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Passion for helping patients with balance, vestibular, neurological, and fall-risk conditions
- Motivated, positive, and willing to continue learning and growing
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Ability to create and progress individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or vestibular rehabilitation experience preferred
- Vestibular and balance rehabilitation experience is a plus
