FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center, Memphis’ newest center at Poplar & Highland, seeks a Physician Liaison to partner alongside Entrepreneur Magazine’s No. 1 physical therapy franchise. A company is known for taking innovative, holistic, and non-traditional approaches to physical healthcare.

As our Physician Liaison and key manager, we require a solid and creative professional presence representing our practice to build strong connections with patients and doctors. It will be an opportunity to cultivate relationships between FYZICAL and healthcare operations to increase patient referrals and retention by utilizing your healthcare knowledge, past experiences, marketing expertise, and communication skills.

The person we select will also need to have a significant understanding of digital marketing for healthcare purposes. A person with a comprehensive knowledge of trends and strategies they can implement that will elevate our practice’s visibility and increase our healthcare, client base, and profitability.

Physician liaisons contribute to the success of a healthcare practice, so we require someone willing to look for ways to simplify processes and enhance communication, ultimately saving time and money. A possible scenario could be consulting with staff members and collecting feedback from patients to determine areas that can be more efficient. We also desire a person with exceptional time management and organizational skills, as they will oversee the scheduling of all meetings with healthcare practices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contact hospitals and physician offices to make sure they receive the practice’s referrals
  • Develop physician referral programs
  • Schedule meetings with potential referrers
  • Maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare groups
  • Contact the existing patients to report back to the practice
  • Establish measurable goals
  • Collect and analyze market data
  • Develop digital marketing material
  • Manage public relations campaigns
  • Prepare and submit status reports
  • Assist with clinical trial resources
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase the practice’s patient base.
  • Continuing education & trade show attendance

Qualifications

  • Four-year College Degree Required
  • Related Marketing, Sales/Customer Service Experience, and Training that equals 2 + years (s)
