Position Overview
The Physician Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact between our clinic and local physicians, specialists, and healthcare facilities. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining professional relationships, enhancing communication, and promoting our services to maximize patient referrals and satisfaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with physicians, medical groups, and healthcare facilities in the region.
  • Promotional Activities: Promote Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers services, programs, and initiatives through regular visits, presentations, and educational events.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from physicians and their teams to identify areas for improvement and address concerns promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and clinical staff, to ensure alignment with strategic goals and enhance the overall provider experience.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including referral trends, provider engagement, and market dynamics.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in physician and community events, workshops, and seminars to enhance visibility and foster relationships.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare liaison, sales, or business development role, with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed.
