FYZICAL Fyzical El Paso Eastlake is currently seeking a Part Time Pilates Instructor – Ideal Applicant has Pilates Certification with 450 hours of instruction (or be working toward certification).
If you have a passion to be part of integrating Pilates into rehabilitation and pre-habilitation in a healthcare setting, then this innovative Pilates Instructor Position in a Physical Therapy Clinic is for you. The Pilates Instructor will provide massage therapy services at the outpatient clinic, a beautiful healing space.
The Ideal Candidate is a Pilates Instructor with Experience who wants to continue to hone their craft. Continuing Education is encouraged and supported especially when it comes to supporting special populations such as the elderly, pregnant women, dancers, and runners. Professional front desk scheduling and laundry services provided.
Opportunity to work with a great team of clinicians and grow your clientele with the clinic. Massage therapist will be assisted in developing their clientele through effective marketing activities throughout the community and the FYZICAL Fyzical El Paso Eastlake Location.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing Pilates group reformer classes
- Instructing clients using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc. to ensure a safe, yet creative experience
- Conducting private, semi-private, group (mat) or other additional sessions as needed
- Visually inspecting the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment

Qualifications
- Current Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent
- Experience teaching group classes
- Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction
- Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style
- Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Punctual, reliable and dedicated
- Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills
