Support Print Sales Specialist and Customer Service by managing all print projects and opportunities with existing customers and prospects. Daily customer-facing responsibilities and project management skills in a fast-paced environment are critical.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage & coordinate all print projects to meet milestones and due dates
- Internal client advocate ensuring extraordinary customer service
- Customer & prospect facing responsibilities including visiting & coordinating meetings (virtual/in-person) as needed
- Regular customer communication to manage complex customer requirements & inquiries
- Support Sales SME with key Business Development and project-specific initiatives
- Partner with internal resources to execute project deliverables
- Track, report and provide KPI data on all projects in Project Management tool
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Print production knowledge & experience
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organization Skills to track and Complete Assignments
- Certified in Project Management
- Experience using Project Management Tools
- Intermediate Microsoft Office use (Excel, Word)
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge
- Familiarity with CRM tools—Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus.
- College degree or equivalent
- All prospective employees must pass a background and drug check.
