Support Print Sales Specialist and Customer Service by managing all print projects and opportunities with existing customers and prospects. Daily customer-facing responsibilities and project management skills in a fast-paced environment are critical.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage & coordinate all print projects to meet milestones and due dates
  • Internal client advocate ensuring extraordinary customer service
  • Customer & prospect facing responsibilities including visiting & coordinating meetings (virtual/in-person) as needed
  • Regular customer communication to manage complex customer requirements & inquiries
  • Support Sales SME with key Business Development and project-specific initiatives
  • Partner with internal resources to execute project deliverables
  • Track, report and provide KPI data on all projects in Project Management tool
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Print production knowledge & experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organization Skills to track and Complete Assignments
  • Certified in Project Management
  • Experience using Project Management Tools
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office use (Excel, Word)
  • Basic Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge
  • Familiarity with CRM tools—Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • College degree or equivalent
  • All prospective employees must pass a background and drug check.
