Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the execution of multiple enterprise initiatives, performing risk analysis, and managing associated project disciplines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions

Project Coordination:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. o Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Agile and Scrum Management:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.
- Act as a Scrum Master, removing impediments and ensuring the team is productive.
Risk Analysis and Management:
- Identify and assess project risks and issues.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Project Discipline:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Perform quality assurance and control activities.
- Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation
Qualifications
Competencies
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent risk analysis and management skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in an office environment. Work may be stressful at times due to a busy office. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
