Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily routine of the residents including but not limited to: developing care plans, behavior programming and etc.
- Posses Excellent time management skills and be patient, consistent, dependable and trustworthy.
- Teaching residents with mental or emotional disorders how to function with the community, family and friends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology or related field
- One year experience working with the MI/DD population preferred
- Must have the current federally required vaccines or proof of a valid exemption.
