Within our organization, QMAP staff are responsible for many care tasks to ensure that each child receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need. Your focus will be the basic quality-of-life for our clients. These duties include medication administration, assisting with daily living skills, and supporting hygiene needs. Additional responsibilities may include:
- Supporting grooming and showering
- Assisting with meals
- Monitoring behavior and reporting any issues to supervisor
- Toileting
- May assist with transport

Successful candidates for this position will possess:

- Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension

- Comfortable working with children with disabilities and special needs
