Position Summary:

The Regional Director of Recovery Services oversees the CRA Managers and CRA staff of multiple state agencies at Aware. A CRA is an exclusive position available within Aware Recovery Care. CRAs are a part of a multidisciplinary Addiction Treatment team guiding and directing clients through an intensive In-Home Addiction Treatment program which provides services for up to a full year.  
 

Position Highlights:

  • The salary range for this position is $90k to $110K based on experience and licensure, with up to 15% bonus under Management Incentive Plan
  • Candidate but must be licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Can be licensed in MA, ME, or ME, but must achieve licensure in other state(s) within six months of start date
    • As a requirement for this role, must be either a MLADC, LCSW, LPC/LMHC or state equivalent.
  • Candidate must reside in MA, NH, or ME. This role is hybrid out of Concord, MA, New Bedford, NH, or South Portland, ME

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor CRA (Client Recovery Advisor) Clinical documentation in the EMR system for multiple state agencies. 
  • Audit CRA weekly visit logs, mileage, and expenses for multiple state agencies. 
  • Assign all CRAs within your region to new clients based on age, gender, location, and personal story match. 
  • Serve as guidance for all CRAs within your region and mediators in situations of immediate need pertaining to clients. 
  • Continued employee development and identification of staff training needs. 
  • Work directly with the Integrated Healthcare Services Director for weekly Case Review.  
  • Conduct monthly employee supervision meetings with all direct reports.  
  • Oversee CRA caseloads vs. staff census to ensure quality and delivery of care. 
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 
  • Effective and efficient management multi-state CRA Managers and a team of CRAs. 

Qualifications

SKILLS & ABILITY: 
 
Education: Master’s Degree preferred.  
 
Experience: Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience. 
2 years of lived experience in continuous recovery from any Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or personal experience with addiction in family members or loved ones preferred. 
 
Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Office Suite.   
 
Certifications & Licenses: MLADC, LCSW, LPC/LMHC or state equivalent. 
 
Key Competencies: Displays strong and effective management as the leader of a mobile-based team.
