We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of Choice and IHG branded hotels in OH/MI. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and supporting General Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a portfolio of branded properties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives across the region
- Provide guidance and support to general managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to effectively manage their teams
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the performance of each location
- Conduct regular visits to each location to assess operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures across all locations
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular property visits and performance reviews
- Collaborate with the executive team on strategic initiatives

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of multi-property operations leadership
- Strong knowledge of IHG and Choice brand systems and standards
- Proven success in revenue management, labor optimization, and guest satisfaction
- High emotional intelligence and people-first leadership style
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel overnight regularly
