We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of Choice and IHG branded hotels in OH/MI. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and supporting General Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a portfolio of branded properties
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives across the region
  • Provide guidance and support to general managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to effectively manage their teams
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the performance of each location
  • Conduct regular visits to each location to assess operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures across all locations
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Conduct regular property visits and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with the executive team on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of multi-property operations leadership
  • Strong knowledge of IHG and Choice brand systems and standards
  • Proven success in revenue management, labor optimization, and guest satisfaction
  • High emotional intelligence and people-first leadership style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel overnight regularly
