At Behaviorbee ABA Services:
- We offer a scientific and individualized approach to servicing children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Using ABA principles, we develop a comprehensive and customized treatment plan to support your child’s growth and independence.
- We create programs designed to strengthen your child’s communication skills, interpersonal social skills, and independence with activities of daily living.
- At the same time, the treatment plan is designed to reduce maladaptive and disruptive behaviors.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing direct implementation of the treatment plan that includes skill acquisition programming and behavior reduction strategies
- Recording and graphing data using behaviorsoft platform
- Training family members and caregivers on the treatment plan
- Attend monthly team meetings
- Maintaining client dignity and confidentiality
- Utilizing crisis management protocols as written
- Scheduling and coordinating session times with BCBA
- Attending weekly in-direct supervisions with BCBA in addition to live session supervisions
Qualifications
- Candidates must have at least an Associate Degree or 60 college credit hours in the social service field including but not limited to education, social work, sociology, or health care.
- Candidates must be a Registered Behavior Technician with least 1 year work experience with children.
- Candidates must also be available to work evening hours between 3:00 pm-8:00 pm Monday-Friday.
