Important Details:
- Crystal Lake, IL
- 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Rotating Schedule
- Full-Time
- $45/hr
The consistent overnight schedule allows nurses to maintain a predictable routine while focusing on high-quality patient care.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a patient’s home
- Follow and implement the plan of care
- Perform tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and G-tube care
- Monitor patient condition and perform ongoing nursing assessments
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Communicate patient status updates to the care team
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 1+ year nursing experience
- Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-tube care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
