Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the therapist in administering patient care; assist with exercise programs and modalities

  • Maintain a smooth flow of patients through the clinic and gym

  • Ensure tables and equipment are clean between patients and rooms are fully stocked

  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed; answering phone calls, filing and sending fax, scheduling patients, submitting and auditing authorizations, checking patient eligibility

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office and restroom

  • Create a safe, fun, and hope-filled environment

Qualifications

  • H.S. graduate or GED

  • Great communication/interpersonal skills

  • Ability to spell

  • Proficient computer and typing skills; google drive, ability to adapt to new systems

  • **Desiring to pursue PTA or PT program in the future

Preferred but not required:

  • Working toward a physical therapy or AT degree

  • Knowledgeable of medical language

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • A heart to serve
