Job Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the therapist in administering patient care; assist with exercise programs and modalities

Maintain a smooth flow of patients through the clinic and gym

Ensure tables and equipment are clean between patients and rooms are fully stocked

Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed; answering phone calls, filing and sending fax, scheduling patients, submitting and auditing authorizations, checking patient eligibility

Maintain the cleanliness of the office and restroom

Create a safe, fun, and hope-filled environment
Qualifications
Required skills & qualifications:
- H.S. graduate or GED
- Great communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to spell
- Proficient computer and typing skills; google drive, ability to adapt to new systems
- Heart to serve
- Passionate about people
- Hungry to learn
Preferred but not required:
- Working toward a physical therapy or AT degree
- Knowledgeable of medical language
