Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter data from various sources into our database system accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the integrity and completeness of all data entered, troubleshoot and fix any discrepancies.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any data-related issues.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure the safety and security of our records.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data confidentiality and information security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Excellent typing skills and ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
- High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other data entry software.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
