Hopebridge, a leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Risk Management Analyst with a strong background as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is instrumental in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks associated with clinical operations, patient safety, compliance, and organizational processes.  
 
What You’ll Need:

  • Required: 
    • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.  
    • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.  
    • 3+ years of experience in a clinical ABA setting, with exposure to compliance, quality assurance, or risk management.  
  • Preferred: 
    • Master’s degree in a related field.  
    • Certification in Risk Management (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management – CPHRM).  
    • Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.  

Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: 
  • Identify potential risks within clinical and operational processes, particularly related to ABA therapy delivery.  
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to reduce risks and enhance patient safety.  
  • Policy Development and Compliance: 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.  
  • Review and update risk management policies and procedures regularly.  
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: 
  • Analyze incident reports, patient data, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.  
  • Prepare detailed reports for leadership, highlighting key risk areas and proposed solutions.  
  • Training and Education: 
  • Develop and deliver risk management training for clinical and operational teams, emphasizing safety, compliance, and ethical practices.  
  • Serve as a resource for BCBAs and other team members on risk-related matters.  
  • Incident Response: 
  • Lead investigations into clinical or operational incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and corrective action plans.  
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams as needed for resolution.  

Where You’ll Work:

  • Remote with required quarterly trips to Hopebridge Headquarters: 3500 Depauw Blvd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268

Your Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting salary of $80,000-$90,000 (salary dependent upon experience) 
  • Monday through Friday schedule 
  • 28 days of PTO (20 days of paid time off, 7 paid holidays, 1 paid flex holiday)
