Conservative Care Occupational Health is a rapidly growing occupational medicine group and we are looking for the right person to represent our organization in the Springdale, AR market. This position will developing working relationships with partner companies and municipalities by performing onsite safety training and occupational safety and health testing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare for, organize and conduct hands-on, participatory health and safety training educational sessions
- Position will require candidate to have flexibility to conduct training sessions during any of the three operating shifts and be available to the needs of the various partner companies this position will support
- Quote, schedule, and execute onsite testing, training, and support to client companies
- Work with billing department to ensure all onsite services are properly billed
- Maintain accurate and complete training records for partner companies
- Lead safety training modules, hands on demonstrations, verification and testing of safe and proper use of equipment and monitoring the effectiveness of the training
- Travel to courses, both in and out of state, including occasional overnight and multi-day sessions, meetings, conferences, seminars, or other meetings
- Be a safety resource to our partner companies for safety related support
- Work in the clinic performing drug testing if training or testing is not scheduled

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of five years experience as an Environmental, Health, and/or Safety Manager
- Excellent facilitation, written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience providing training to workers and adult learners, using popular education/interactive approaches
- Experience in and strong understanding of OSHA and Workers Compensation regulations
- Ability to become a certified CPR trainer
- Ability to become OSHA 500/501 certified
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Must demonstrate leadership quality and be able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with environmental or health & safety organizations a plus
- Experience with industrial hygiene testing a plus
- Experience and knowledge of DOT compliance a plus
- Bilingual a plus
