Job Duties and Responsibilities
What will you do:
The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for supporting KGH’s HR department in the functional areas including, but not limited to: full cycle recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration, employee engagement, accommodations, leave of absences, and exit interviews
Responsibilities:
- May directly and/or indirectly supervise other HR team members
- Support all aspects of transactional HR functions including but not limited to:
- Onboarding, offboarding, benefit administration, HRIS management, credentialing, clinical training certifications, anniversary and promotion shout outs, injury reporting
- Oversee and carry out benefit administration, acting as the primary contact for benefits
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning and executing staff events and activities
- Provide support and coaching with managers and employees with employee relations matters such as performance, corrective action, and investigations
- Manage staff accommodations and leave of absences
- Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate offers
- Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic recruiting initiatives to increase candidate pipeline and employee retention
- Develop and maintain partnerships with potential candidate pipelines, such as colleges and universities
- Attend career fairs and other community outreach events
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field required
- 4-5 years of human resources experience required
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience required
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred
