Behaviorbee ABA Services | Alexandria & Fairfax, VA
*Qualified Clinicians receive a $1,000 Retention Bonus ($500 at 3 months / $500 at 6 months)*
Are you an experienced RBT looking for a clinical home that values your expertise?
At Behaviorbee ABA Services, we don’t treat your role as an entry-level job; we treat it as a professional career. We recognize that seasoned RBTs bring a level of clinical intuition and professional maturity that is vital to a child’s success. We are looking for dedicated, high-caliber professionals who can maintain strong clinical boundaries while helping children with Autism build independence in communication, social skills, and daily living.
Clinical Leadership You Can Rely On
Behaviorbee is a small, women-owned business founded and led by a BCBA. Unlike large agencies managed by corporate executives, we are clinical at our core. Our founder, Brandi Brown, is a veteran BCBA with extensive experience across hospitals, residential programs, and school settings.
Because we are clinician-led, we prioritize quality of care over quantity of clients. You will work in an environment where your skills are respected, your professional boundaries are protected, and your growth is supported by leadership that truly understands the day-to-day reality of home-based therapy. We provide the structure you need to focus on therapy.
