Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking motivated professionals for full time and part time positions providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with disabilities in a Senior Therapist role. This includes being a trainer for entry level staff. THIS IS A SUPERVISORY POSITION. Qualified candidates will display a dedication to improving lives, commitment to collaboration, the pursuit of excellence as well as being compassionate and flexible. Within 90 days of hire, candidates must pass an ABA Skills Assessment by consistently demonstrating ABA skills in a therapeutic setting. The schedule is flexible. This is a warm and ethical team environment committed to responsible growth and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
The position offers FREE supervision under a BCBA for candidates pursuing certification. On-going training and supervision is provided to all staff. Team Leader positions available!
