Job Duties and Responsibilities

Spa Assistant Manager Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Team management: help manager recruit, interview, hire and train new candidates, with assistance of spa owner.  Manage team of 30-35 specialists and support personnel with the help of team leads.
  • Manage the team schedules and maximizing weekly schedules.
  • Leadership: Motivate and train team to educate guests about treatments and products, providing an exceptional guest experience
  • Sales: Motivate and train team to accomplish sales goals
  • Customer Service: Ensure guest satisfaction is the highest in the industry
  • Work with management to ensure accurate Inventory levels, community outreach and all aspects of business and team development

Qualifications

Spa Manager Job Requirements:

  • Leadership/Managerial experience; 1 year minimum with spa, retail, or restaurant experience preferred
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Goal driven
  • Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
  • Professional, and drug/alcohol free
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Computer proficient, including Excel and ability to learn POS systems
  • A passion for working with people
  • Can-do attitude and high energy
  • A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry
