Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, service, inspect, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot deficiencies in fire sprinkler systems.
- Conduct regular system tests and inspections to verify operational reliability and code compliance.
- Professionally interact with customers on-site and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, job status updates, and emergency service requests.
- Accurately complete all required service reports, work orders, and documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable codes during all fieldwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years’ experience installing, servicing, testing and maintaining various types of fire sprinkler systems.
- NICET certification.
- Experience installing fire pumps, dry systems, steel & CVPC systems.
- Experience reading blueprints and have a working knowledge of all other components of a fire sprinkler system.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
