Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the technical strategy for Intuitive Health’s portfolio of websites, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Manage website architecture, plugin development, API integrations, and advanced customizations to support business goals.
  • Lead the seamless integration of third-party tools (CRMs, analytics, marketing platforms) to ensure data synchronization and usability across systems.
  • Optimize website speed, load times, and overall performance through CDN implementation, caching strategies, and codebase enhancements.
  • Monitor and enforce security protocols, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, ADA, and other industry standards.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, including automated testing frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.
  • Implement advanced monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve website performance issues, outages, or integration failures.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to drive technical innovations that enhance user experience and engagement.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital business, e-commerce, marketing, business analytics, computer science, web development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable, high-performance websites on modern CMS platforms.
  • Strong background in building and integrating marketing tech stacks for campaign execution, analytics, and optimization.
  • Experience leading agency partners, engineering teams, and independent contractors.
  • Expertise in API integrations, cloud-based infrastructure, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills—able to prioritize tasks in fast-moving environments.
  • A data-driven mindset—strong intuition for interpreting analytics and making informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills—able to influence teams and drive technical excellence.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, A/B testing, and digital analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles for optimizing web engagement.
  • Previous work in healthcare digital commerce or multi-site CMS environments.
