Are you a Teacher, Psychology Student, Paraprofessional, or Professional Caregiver looking for a more impactful, one-on-one way to work with children?
At Behaviorbee ABA Services, we take your existing passion for helping kids and give you the specialized tools to change lives. We don’t see this as “just another childcare job”—we see it as a professional path. If you are tired of the “big classroom” burnout or are looking to apply your Psychology background in a clinical, real-world setting, you belong here. We focus on the deep, meaningful progress of one child at a time, moving away from the “quantity over quality” model to ensure our staff and our families thrive.

Professional Leadership & Mentorship
Behaviorbee is led by our founder, Brandi Brown, a veteran BCBA with a career spanning hospitals, residential programs, and school systems. Because we are a boutique company, you won’t get lost in a large corporate structure. You will receive direct support and mentorship from leadership that truly understands the field and values your professional growth.
