Manages the nursing operation, directs completion of documentation and service plans, ensures delivery of services expressed in individual service plans.

  • Serve as House Supervisor when in facility
  • Daily assessment of tenants experiencing change of condition
  • Oversee medication management program
  • Planning tenant services
  • Complete written assessment process
  • Create service plans based on assessment
  • Oversee nursing employees, assigning and directing nursing personnel
  • Manage staff education, by planning in-service to improve knowledge and skills
  • Manage resident/tenant education
  • Direct incident investigations
  • Direct abuse investigation
  • Manage Grievances/Complaints
  • Serve as Committee Chairperson for:
  • Quality Improvement Committee
  • Resident/Tenant Satisfaction Committee
  • Infection Control Committee
  • Review screening to determine appropriateness for placement
  • Maintain accuracy and completion of chart
  • Maintain accuracy and completion of employee files
  • Ensure tenant and employee free of communicable disease
  • Supervise and lead the Memory Care Team


  • Registered Nurse (LPN)
  • Supervisory Experience
  • CPR Certified
  • Demonstrate freedom from communicable disease/tuberculosis
  • Completion of CARES Alzheimer’s Certification and EssentiALZ Certification
  • Must have the current federally required vaccines or proof of a valid exemption.
