Job Duties and Responsibilities
Position Description
In this role we will teach you how to:
- Assemble wire harnesses to a nail board based on customer specifications.
- Read and understand electrical diagrams and drawings.
- Learn proper crimping and assembly techniques set by the IPC standards.
- Expand knowledge on best practices for proper wire harness manufacturing.
- Document and organize all notes and wire replacements to ensure product quality.
- Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 processes and instructions.
Qualifications
Education
High School or equivalent, degree or certificate in automotive, trade school a plus, but not required.
Experience
This is an entry level position, experience in automotive repair a plus, but not required.

- Ability to work and stay on task in area of responsibility.
- Must have good eye hand coordination.
- Must have physical dexterity of hands/fingers to assemble harnesses.
